Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of milkytime ("the App"), developed and offered by Milkytime. By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App is intended as a tool for (expecting) parents to track feedings, pumping sessions and their baby's growth. The App does not replace medical advice. Always consult a doctor or midwife for questions about your baby's health.

The App works without mandatory registration. Data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to your local data. It is stored exclusively on your device and is not visible to us. If you lose your device, delete the app, or perform a factory reset, your data will be permanently lost. We are unable to restore it. We recommend making regular backups via iCloud or iTunes. Via the optional partner pairing, two devices can share data. A temporary pairing code processed via our server is used for this. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for safely keeping your pairing code and for access to your device.

All rights relating to the App, including design, code, text and images, rest with Milkytime or the respective rights holders. It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the App without prior written permission.

We strive for the highest possible availability of the App and associated synchronisation server, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may without prior notice: • Release updates that change the App's behaviour • (Partially) discontinue the service temporarily or permanently

Milkytime is not liable for: • Loss or corruption of data stored in the App — because data is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to restore it • Indirect or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the App • Incorrect interpretation of predictions or statistics generated by the App Milkytime's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price you paid for the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service. For significant changes, users will be notified via a notification in the App or via the App Store. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
